Henry Ormerod

In 1764 the churchwardens of Whalley complained that Henry Ormerod,Isabel his wife, and Ann, Elizabeth and Margaret his daughters werepoor persons lately come out of the Township of Billington, the placeof their legal settlement and were poor and likely to be chargeable tothe Township of Whalley and they required the justices to have themconveyed back to Billington.
It would appear that this Henry is the Henry referred to.

This land was bought by John's father in 1623.

Possibly had a daughter, Margaret, who was baptised in Haslingden in1636:
"27 Dec 1636 Margaret f. Johis Ormrod de Yatebanke".
