Son of Harold Westlake Ormerod and Ann Alberta Ormerod, of Riverside, and one of the Ormerods of Toronto.
He is buried at the Windsor (Victoria) Memorial Park, Ontario, Canada (Sec. 443. Block I. Grave 3).
John is commemorated on Page 408 of the Canadian Second World War Book of Remembrance, which is shown below.
