Clara Thursby
Clara was born at 37 Ennismore Gardens, London.
She wrote a book entitled The Very Young Life of Clara Thursby, which describes her childhood, and also wrote two novels.
The first one, "Fairyhood" was published in 1927, and the second "Iron Blue" in 1932.
Clara married Geoffrey Aspinall in 1914 at Holy Trinity Church, Sloane Street, London. Her chief bridesmaid was Alison Lindsay, and the reception was held at the Hyde Park Hotel.
Geoffrey and Clara has two children, Patience Ann and Honor Ruth Aspinall, born in 1914 and 1922 respectively.
